Uproar is a damage-dealing Normal-type move.

Effect[]

Uproar deals damage for 2-5 turns. During this time, the user cannot use another move. Uproar will negate any attempts to inflict sleep while its effect applies, and will wake up any sleeping Pokémon on the field when it starts.

Uproar will immediately stop after failing against a Ghost-type Pokémon or a Pokémon with the Soundproof ability.

Description[]

Description
The user attacks in an uproar for three turns. Over that time, no one can fall asleep.
